DownloadI am passionate about helping people improve their breathing and overcome breathing dysfunctions. My interest in this field comes from personal experience—I suffered with a breathing pattern dysfunction due to anxiety and experienced panic attacks as a child.
I’ve worked as a Pilates instructor and as a musculoskeletal and respiratory physiotherapist, giving me a deep understanding of the body and how it moves. I have a strong background in sports, having played running, cross country, basketball, football, swimming, Pilates, and Gaelic football.
I am passionate about connecting with people, guiding them on the path to recovery, and educating them about the power of proper breathing.
